Dermalogica UltraCalming Serum Concentrate restores comfort to stressed, itchy and irritated skin. Formulated with the exclusive UltraCalming Complex of oat and botanical actives, this serum works below the surface of skin to defend against future inflammation and inflammatory triggers that lead to sensitization. Evening primrose, sunflower seed and avocado extracts restore the natural lipid barrier.
After cleansing and spraying with UltraCalming Mist, apply a generous amount to face, neck and chest with light, upward strokes. Use twice daily, morning and night. For additional moisturization, follow application with Barrier Repair or recommended Dermalogica Moisturizer.

I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks, so I haven't experienced its full effects yet, but I like it so far. My skin was particularly parched and is sensitive, so I've been having problems with redness. The serum feels nice on my skin, and combined with Dermalogica moisturizer has really helped with dryness. I haven't seen much effect on redness, but overall my skin seems happier than before and I'm looking forward to seeing further improvements in the weeks to come! I'd recommend to anyone with dry, sensitive skin.

Not exactly what I was expecting.
I ordered this serum because by the description and label I was expecting no irritation whatsoever. My skin is very sensitive and reacts very easily, so I carefully read the ingredients of any new product for my face, making sure perfume is not one of them. Also, I stay away from chamomile and also away from aloe Vera. This serum does not have any of those ingredients but it irritated me. Not wanting to have the hassle of returns, I will use it for my neck where, luckily, it is not irritating me. My advice, if you have sensitive or reactive skin (or both): look for some other serum, this one is not for you.

The bottle is so small which shocked me for the cost. It would be better with a pump instead of a squeeze tube. The product comes out foamy and not a nice looking serum. Smells nice and applies fine but don't see any results or even a need for this. Won't be repurchasing.
