Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel is a soap-free, foaming gel designed to thoroughly remove impurities without disturbing the skin's natural moisture balance. Anti-inflammatory balm mint extract soothes inflammation while natural quillaja saponaria gently foams away toxins and deep cleans debris. Astringent lavender extract minimizes the appearance of pores and balances pH levels.
Gently lather a small amount of gel on moistened hands. Apply to dampened face and throat and work into a deep cleansing lather. Rinse off with warm water and repeat for professional cleaning results.

Solid Cleanser
I have been using this cleanser for about 3 years and really like it. It helps take off makeup but need a makeup remover as well. I like having the pump but it does dispense a bit too much product.

Clean Skin!

Such a good cleanser!
I love this cleanser!! This is the only cleanser that doesn't strip my skin of moisture but still eliminates any signs of acne, impurities, excess oil and pollutants. It is refreshing, cleansing, brightening and unclogs my pores. I wold recommend this gel cleanser to anyone. I once stopped using it and opted to try something new, for the sake of trying something new, and my skin broke and didn't look as clean and fresh. That's when I realized how great this cleanser works on my skin. I haven't changed it since!

My forever go to cleanser
I don't think I can remember a time when I didn't use Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel....well at least since I have been serious about taking care of my skin. Before that, it was soap, water and a buff puff...but I digress! I LOVE this cleanser...a little goes a long way and it is just the right amount of "slide" all over my face and neck...enough to make it feel clean but not stripped. My skin tends to run dry but after I cleanse with this product, it feels super clean and ready for the layering of the next steps in my regimen. I generally use it day and night so I usually purchase the 16.9oz size as it is a better value and lasts quite a long time. I can't say enough about it.....and I should say that I have used several of the other products from Dermalogica over the years and really like them as well. It's a terrific skincare company with many options.

I've used the Special Cleansing Gel for years. I have sensitive skin. It removes makeup, sweat, dirt and grime, yet is mild enough to use post laser procedure. I've tried numerous other cleansers and always come back to this Dermalogica cleanser!
