Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel is a soap-free, foaming gel designed to thoroughly remove impurities without disturbing the skin's natural moisture balance. Anti-inflammatory balm mint extract soothes inflammation while natural quillaja saponaria gently foams away toxins and deep cleans debris. Astringent lavender extract minimizes the appearance of pores and balances pH levels.
Gently lather a small amount of gel on moistened hands. Apply to dampened face and throat and work into a deep cleansing lather. Rinse off with warm water and repeat for professional cleaning results.

The perfect cleanser
I have long been a user of Dermalogica's Special Cleansing Gel and have always thought it was a good product. It gets makeup off without stripping or drying your skin out. However, I unwisely decided to stop using the product 6 months ago and switched to a grocery store brand facial wash to save some money. BAD IDEA. I started breaking out again and nothing stopped the breakouts. I finally went back to the Special Cleansing Gel just recently. My breakouts cleared up immediately. It's definitely made a believer out of me.

Can't start my day without Special Cleansing Gel
I'm now "62" and have been using Special Cleansing Gel for over 8 years after being introduced to it after having a facial while visiting my daughter in Seattle. Glad I found Dermstore, so that I could continue getting the product back in La Crosse, WI. My day starts and ends with using Special Cleansing Gel. Very concentrated, just need to apply a small amount; but then it lathers up nicely and is a facial treat. What's not to like?
