Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel is a soap-free, foaming gel designed to thoroughly remove impurities without disturbing the skin's natural moisture balance. Anti-inflammatory balm mint extract soothes inflammation while natural quillaja saponaria gently foams away toxins and deep cleans debris. Astringent lavender extract minimizes the appearance of pores and balances pH levels.
Gently lather a small amount of gel on moistened hands. Apply to dampened face and throat. Rinse with warm water and repeat for professional cleaning results.

Good cleanser
I recently switched up my skincare game to the entire Dermalogica line (precleanse, moisturizer and retinol oil). I always used the daily microfoliant and after my pre-covid facial (which used all dermalogica products) I purchased this cleanser after using up what I had. My skin feels wonderful and looks brighter. I don't even wear makeup most days except for concealer. Getting lots of compliments from people who see me maskless. The dermstore discount for auto refill makes it even better.

Gets the job done
This cleanser gets the job done, but I felt it wasn't worth the price you pay. At the end of the day, it felt like a very basic cleanser, but feels there are better ones out there with more bang for your bucks.

Like it but....
Like it because it help you with cystic acne, pores, controlling the oily face but it not good removing makeup. So, is not a deep cleaner. Sometimes it will dry my skin. I feel I have to use more moisturizing after this gel.

Great Gel Cleanser
This is a great, classic gel cleanser. I generally use it after the Dermalogica Precleanse cleansing oil. It's quite gentle, doesn't dry my combination skin out, and lasts a long time (if washing your face with it once per day). I definitely noticed a difference switching to this from a cheaper drugstore brand. The only thing I wish they would add is a pump, like their Precleanse has.
