Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is a truly unique rice-based enzyme powder that micro-exfoliates dulling debris and instantly leaves the skin noticeably smoother and brighter. The powder formula activates upon contact with water, releasing papain, salicylic acid and rice actives to accelerate cell renewal. Bearberry, aspergillus, grapefruit and licorice evens skin tone. A soothing blend of green tea, ginkgo and colloidal oatmeal calms inflammation.

Quality product but doesn't work on all skin types
I really wanted to like this product since I have used Dermalogica moisturizer and toner and those really work for me. However, the exfoliant powder dissolves almost immediately when combined with water, and while my skin felt good after using it, the salicylic acid caused my skin to become oily after a few days of using it. If you haven't used this before or had a skin care/facial professional recommend this for you personally, I would recommend trying a sample before committing $50 to this product!

I've been using this for years, and I swear by it. It's a light microfoliant that I use daily. It keeps skin looking fresh without being too harsh. Having very sensitive skin w/some rosacea, I've learned to stay away from any skin care product with the word "acid" in it. This product is the exception. Super gentle scrub, but not really a scrub. It didn't irritate my skin at all! In fact, my rosacea seems less, & my skin tone more even. There are days I go without foundation, just a tinted moisturizer. Really amazing product.
