I am a 64 year old woman who has extremely dry, sensitive skin. This product does the job and keeps my lips hydrated. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. I find that Clinique lip mask (using all day and not just night) works just as well and is $10 cheaper.

Taste is hard to ignore...
I liked this product but after using it up (and I used every last bit) I never purchased more because of the taste. This one is better than the other nightly lip cream that they have, this is more of a balm. Clicking the bottom pushes product up through an applicator. Still looking for my perfect nightly lip treatment....

Saved my lips this winter!
When my lips get chapped, they get painfully chapped. Like thick-red-ring-around-the-mouth (up to the nose, down to the chin) chapped. The situation became dire while using the delicious smelling, slightly shiny Fresh Sugar Lip Caramel Hydrating Balm. While the caramel smell is seriously addictive and it leaves the perfect hint of sheen on your lips, it is not up to the task of healing angry chapped lips. (Nor is it supposed to. I still love the stuff to prevent chapped lips, but not to treat them. Does that make sense?) Anyway, by this point, my lips were too far-gone for even my regular options. So, at the recommendation of a friend, I gave Dermalogica's Renewal Lip Complex a try. I am now in the midst of a major love affair with it. This stuff seriously rocks my world. It healed the worst chapped lips I've had since I was 12 years old in no time. Plus, a little dab in the morning and before bed keeps my lips hydrated, soft, and happy. The packaging is pretty clever too. The tube resembles a rocket ship, with a plastic, lipstick-shaped applicator dotted with tiny holes. Twist the bottom and a teensy bit of product is pushed through the holes in the applicator. So clean, so hygienic, so genius. just remember a little dab is all you need. (I can't believe I just waxed poetic for this long on chapstick, but it really is that good!)

Great Moisturizing Lip Balm
I did not purchase this as a lip plumper or for anti-aging, so I have been pleased with this product. I have chronically dry lips and this is one of the very few products I have found to be an effective and lasting moisturizer that has eased the discomfort of my chapped lips. Will repurchase unless I find a cheaper alternative that works as effectively.

This didn't work for me.....
My lips aren't terribly dry, but they do tend to peel in the winter time in New England. I've been using this for about three weeks, applying it every night and once or twice during the day. I haven't notice it helping with my peeling lips. I do like the texture. Its not too greasy and soaks in fast. Generally, I don't like the feeling of chap stick or sticky lip gloss and this stuff doesn't bother me. It has no scent or taste to it, thankfully. I don't think I'd buy it again, though. It's not worth the price for me.
