My favorite winter lip balm
I've always had dry skin, which means dry lips as well, particularly in the winter. I love this lip balm! It's thick enough so that it stays on well. Interestingly enough, even though it's thick, is that it doesn't feel greasy and stays on well. The only downside that keeps me from using this exclusively, day and night is the cost, especially when you realize how little product is in the tube. Every time one runs out, I stare at it in my hand and groan.

Good texture under a mask, average results
Pros and cons to this product for me. Scent is clean and mild. The holes that dispense the balm work great to massage the product into lips, almost like exfoliating while hydrating. I've battled dry lips for years living in a cold arid northern climate. Saw gradual improvement with this balm after 3 nights, and the texture is dense enough to stay put. Lips returned to dry and cracked as soon as I skipped a night of application. I've had better results with organic castor oil and Alba natural lip balms, at a fraction of the price. If you love this product, make sure to stand it upright all the time! When on its side, the holes in the dispenser allow the product to migrate outward at room temperature, See pic. This is a nice product, but way overpriced for being average.

Decent balm
This is an overall decent balm. Definitely a thick product. It's not sticky but it almost feels sticky, kind of like a tackier Vaseline without being as sticky as a gloss. My lips do feel smooth after using, however I can't stand the smell. Like a weird chemical old lady smell.

I can't say that I loved this. For me this is one of those products I wanted to believe was working just because everyone else said it was great but looking back, nothing much happened. It didn't last me very long either. I was looking for intense hydration and this felt too light, as if it just sat on the surface, not absorbing or making any difference. Will not be repurchasing.
