Didn't Really Work For Me
After reading all of the 5-star reviews on Dermstore and seeing this product advertised on Bustle, I gave in and purchased the Acne Pimple Master Patch from COSRX. Unfortunately I didn't really see quicker diminishing of pimples after applying the small adhesive patch overnight. I personally prefer the DDF skincare products for spot treating monthly breakouts.

Doesn't work for cystic acne
I bought these patches to use on a couple cystic acne bumps, to see if they would help make them any smaller. Unfortunately these had no effects on them. I will try again with non-cystic acne!

Fancy little buggers
These "stickers" are quite nice! I have found that they tend to work better on more open or raw acne. I think they do their job better on that type of zit. My only down side is that I feel like overnight isn't really long enough for them to be the most effective. I think there could be more work to be done by the patch but I need to take it off to go to work. Rumor has it you can put makeup over it but I don't wear enough makeup to cover this patch!

This product is excellent for papular or pustular lesions, either to prevent lesions from rupturing, or to reduce inflammation after a lesion has ruptured. The hydrocolloid patch draws out impurities. The patches come in three sizes. I always keep this product on hand.

A Must Have
I can't believe I still have breakouts at 68, but every now and then, I do. Usually a cystic breakout that is pretty ugly. These patches are wonderful; the blemish heals and is gone in less than than 1/2 the time if I didn't use it. There is no red mark or scaring that I have experienced when using the patch. And they are almost invisible on my skin if I really need to wear one while out and about (I use at night only). Another great product from COSRX.

They are a great value for $6 and best of all, they are extremely effective at preventing the chronic pimple-picker like me from even touching the blemish.
