Excellent for preventing scarring
Everytime I use these patches, my acne heals without scarring. However, I havent noticed any difference in how long pimple takes to heal.

Holy grail and affordable to boot
I usually order 3 or 4 packages at a time - no joke - because I don't want to be without these lil' babies, EVER. All the glowing reviews are right, at least for me and my skin. These patches have been effective in shortening the duration of unsightly breakouts. After using overnight, the pimple is easier to pop (unless that's some kind of placebo effect? who knows). On an already popped pimple, these get in at the source and also product the area the outside world's yuckiness and bacteria. I also like that, after removal, you can see some white gunk built up on the patch which has apparently come off of your face; there is something really satisfying about that. AND the psuedo-medical packaging, as it it is sterile gauze or something, is cute (if admittedly not necessary). I'm a big fan and regularly, heartily recommend this product to people I know.

Not my favorite of the genre
So I have tried pretty much all the blemish dots out there. Acro-pass, these, and the ones from Skyn Iceland. These are definitely not my favorites. A lot of the ones in the package are just tiny, so small that I find them hard to get on just the spot I want. And I cannot tell an obvious difference when I take them off later. Comparatively, the Skyn Iceland ones are all the same size, which is bigger than the largest size of these. And when I take them off, I can tell a difference right away. Blemishes will be smaller, less swollen, and less red. I am not sure why so many other people are a fan of these unless it is just because they have not tried the Iceland ones. And I am actually a huge fan of the CosRX brand, just not of this particular product. Of course that is the endless frustration of acne that there does not seem to be a perfect fix and some things work for some people and not others.

Not good for oily blemishes
I don't have a huge acne problem, but on rare occasions, I get a whitehead on top of a much bigger bump - I think these are called pustules. I always make the mistake of trying to extract them right away, but that (trigger warning - kinda gross) inevitably leaves me with a big red bump that doesn't stop oozing for DAYS. It's super embarrassing and I thought these patches would be my savior. Unfortunately, they don't stop the oil from coming out of the blemish, so every time I put a patch on, I would see it slowly fill with oil, and it eventually slip right off. I have no idea if the acne-fighting ingredients actually work because I could never get the things to stay on long enough!

Works better than other pimple patches
This works on my white heads that have already popped and will ooz for several days after. These patches kind of suck up the liquid and flatten out the pimple somewhat. Sometimes I may need to use more than one patch, depending on how developed the pimple is. The patches aren't the miracle cure I was hoping for, they won't flatten a pimple that doesn't have a head or that had a small head and deep inflammation. Minimal effectiveness for cystic acne, but does seem to speed up the healing process for small to medium white heads. Don't use any products underneath (serum, topical treatment, moisturizer) or it doesn't work very well.

Expected more
After reading glowing reviews, I decided to try these patches. I have to say that I am not impressed. I apply a patch for a night and sometimes it dries a pimple a little. Sometimes they do not work at all.

Holy Grail
It has been a LONG journey but this has been the best acne spot treatment I have ever found. When I had a horrible hormonal cystic breakout, these pimple patches were able to dramatically clear up my skin while also protecting my blemishes. After 2 nights I even had a cysts come to a head! They work on whiteheads and blackheads just as well. Definitely a holy grail product that I will continue to use.
