best pimple patches
Hands down the best, though they only work if the pimple has already come to a head. If it's a closed comedone or cystic acne, it won't do anything.

LOVE these patches!
I use these patches every time one of my pimples is ready to pop (gross, I know). But whenever I use them and sleep with them on overnight all of the gunk gets pulled out and my pimples heal much faster versus not using them. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love these little guys - they are miracle workers for my acne-prone skin! These work on both my obvious whitehead blemishes but also on the deeper (but not cystic) blemishes that are more persistent. It's incredible how much healing they can promote overnight.

A MUST HAVE
For me, these work best on pimples I've picked at and are now inflamed and/or have turned into a scab. Helps them heal MUCH faster and helps prevents scarring. I really don't know what I'd do with them.

Did not work on first try
I had high hopes for these after reading the reviews. I opted for these instead of goopy spot treatment. Kept them on nearly 24 hours after washing my face and didn't notice a difference at all. Perhaps I should have changed them out for fresh ones sooner. They were inexpensive so if they don't work I won't be too upset, but I expected more.

Actually doesn't work that well, better alternatives available
The COSRX patches are actually very thick and don't stick on as well, which makes it hard for them to do their job, which is to suck out all the stuff inside your pimple as well as protect it from the environment. A better alternative I found out about from my friend are the pimple patches from Dr. Wonder. I found that they always sucked everything out of my pimple, as well as were thinner and thus stuck on better to my face and were less obvious to people.

Absolutely Love It
This product is absolutely great! I was initially very skeptical about whether or not it would work; however, after researching this product and brand, as well as reading other customer reviews, I decided to try it. I began by putting a patch on only one blemish as a test trial, and incredibly, the blemish had shrank after only a couple hours. The blemish was almost completely gone by the next morning after washing my face and putting a new patch on before bed and wearing it throughout the night. The patches come in three different sizes in a single pack and blend in almost perfectly with my skin tone. You cannot even notice when I am wearing one if I am wearing the smallest size. This is all around an amazing product, especially for the price and quantity.
