i LOVE this stuff
I absolutely love this product, it has saved my life (no joke). Despite all the negative effects of skin picking, sometimes its inevitable and something not a lot of people can control. Immediately as I realize that I am about to or already picking at my skin, I put one of these on a blemish and it basically does the work for me. In the morning the pimple is left flat and non irritated. If anything these patches by COSRx were better as "pulling" out all the gunk and were not as/not at all painful to take off. I also like how it comes in different sizes.

Only brand the works
I've tried a few different versions of this product and Cosrx patches are the only ones that help, as someone with constant cystic acne and closed comedones. Anyway, try them!

Not great, only works on very specific types of pimples
This does a great job bringing an early surface pimple to a head, but big nasty ones doesn't do a whole lot. They stick well providing you don't have moisturizer on underneath. Will keep trying these, so far not hating them, but not as impressed as I'd like to be.

God send for a picker
I can't resist a poppable pimple. I know, I know!! But I just can't. Pop that beauty. Clean it. Slap one of these puppies on and it sucks all the gross stuff out. Smaller dryer bump the next morning. Instead of a gross popped pimple that I obviously couldn't leave alone. Life. Saver.

minimizes acne scars
Personally I find the patch only helps with pimples that are coming to a head. I gently pop the pimple first (otherwise the patch doesn't do much for me), and place the patch on overnight. In the morning there is minimal redness and swelling, and the spot heals over very quickly.
