These aren't my favorite acne patches. They are thick, so no wearing during the day and the small patches are useless, they fall off immediately.

Irritating and ripped my skin off
These do nothing but irritate my skin, and when I pull them off skin comes off too. The Icelandic skin dots are so much awesome and these are so terrible and painful.

Yes they're great but...
There are so many less expensive acne patches that work just as well. After living in Korea I realized that I could buy 80 patches for approximately 2 USD that did the exact same thing with often more efficacy and specifically Cosrx just became unnecessary.

Work well but
Love these and the price is excellent. Just be warned that if you're sensitive to acids, this has betaine salicylate while other comparable products just have the hydrocolloid patch. If you're not sensitive, it's a great bonus!
