There are so many of these pimple patches now and I think most work pretty well. Something that makes this particular brand a great value is the number and variety of patch sizes you receive. They seem slightly less effective than some others I've tried, but are a must have in my skincare routine for travel, emergency zit taming, etc. I will likely purchase again.

Just alright but I won't be without it
I'm not blown away or anything by these, but I do really like that they provide a cushion around painful zits and keep me from idly poking at them. I can also put them on clean skin and use moisturizers and such without worrying about aggravating the zit. I use it on my hormonal cystic acne so that's almost an unfair test. They don't seem to make the zits go away but it makes it more comfortable.

I love these for my hormonal breakouts. They really do help reduce redness and inflammation and dry out the zits faster than if I just leave them alone. Definitely apply before any of your products or it'll just slip right off.

A staple for my acneic skin
These patches are a godsend. The moment I start to get a zit, I'll place one of these on the area overnight, and within a day or 2 it's shrunk and healed up. In the past I've used various acids or 10% benzoyl peroxide to address blemishes, but they always make the spot peely and inflamed, creating scabs that I end up picking - so when the acne is gone, I then have hyperpigmentation to address. These patches keep my skin's moisture barrier intact, so the zit doesn't get worse before it gets better. It just kind of shrinks and disappears. I think that's that's why they heal blemishes so much faster - they don't compromise the health of the skin, and they make post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation MUCH less severe. That said, I really like these particular patches for nighttime only. CosRX has thinner patches (Clear Fit) for daytime wear - the hydrocolloid is much thinner on those, but they are perfect for protecting the spot from exposure to irritants (and picking) during the day. Those only come in one size, but I find them to be more than worth it. Pro tip - if there are oils in your skincare routine, apply the patches before applying the oils, and avoid the edges of the patch, or else they'll slip around. Otherwise these are a 10/10 in my book. I'd have so much less scarring if these existed 10 years ago.

The Best Pimple Patches
The best pimple patches out there. Have used others and keep coming back to these! They're most effective on just popped pimples (though wouldn't recommend popping - I just sometimes can't help it!) in soaking up all the excess liquid/pus. Recommend not using any other products on the same spot - otherwise they'll soak up the products, and not work on the pimple!
