best for protection from bacteria and picking, not shrinking
These do the job at keeping the area protected, keeping me from picking at my skin, but they haven't shrunk any of my breakouts. They are good for my basic hydrocolloid needs. If I want a pimple shrunk or something of the sort, and I want to use a patch, pretty much any of the micro dart patches on the marked work better. Or a bha spot treatment. However. I have OCD & anxiety and I anxiously pick at my skin, so I use these often enough for bumps I either did pick or need to not pick. For that these get 5 stars. They also get 5 stars for protecting broken or open skin/breakouts. And another 5 stars for doing the same under a covid mask that is a breeding ground for bacteria. I will also pop one of these on a developing pimple in the mask area, not because it shrinks it but because it protects it from the irritation and bacteria caused by mask wearing.

Pleasantly Surprised
I place this acne patch at night. Wake up to a less irritated zit in the am. I like that it has different patch sizes too. It sticks pretty well, did not come off while asleep. Just buy it already :)

I've admittedly not used these for a long time (less than a week) and so far, so good! I'd been using the Mighty Patch brand beforehand and right now I'd say these are working as well as the others. The amount you get for the cost is a I've reason why I switched so I hope they continue to work out well! Love the two size options.

These work great if they can stay on your face for 12 hours... However, I have a difficult time keeping them on about half the time I use them. Sometimes it's because I'm putting it on the bridge of my nose for something. I find it's hard to apply my serums/oils/makeup around them without moving them around and then they won't stick. I could just be clumsy though.

Skincare staple!
These are a must in my book to keep around! I tend to get angry, irritated hormonal acne that takes longer than I would like to go away. I'll add one of these patches to a spot after popping to avoid bruising the area and draw out all of the extra gunk. This also helps to reduce the size of my acne when they start to form.

Best pimple patch
These pimple patches are lifesavers! When I notice a pimple start to develop, I put one of these on before I go to bed and it's usually less red and angry the morning after. Sometimes it takes several pimple patches over several nights, but it definitely speeds up the process. When I use them during they day, they also prevents me from picking at my face, which is a bad habit. Only thing is that sometimes it's hard to peel the patch off the plastic backing, but they reliably stick to my face afterward so it's not a big deal.
