Not as good as other brands
I have terrible acne and acne dots have generally been a life saver. This brand in particular is not the best. They do cover the blemish and protect it. They definitely do not absorb the the oil and impurities like other hydrocolloid patches. Kind of defeats the purpose for me.

Effective patches
I bought these while I was having a lot of hormonal acne and they helped a lot in a couple of ways. They helped me avoid picking at my skin, they kinda hid the redness/inflammation and they helped to release a lot of the pus without scaring. I would make sure the skin is clean and dry before applying so they stick on better.
