Favorite lip balm with SPF
This lip balm has such a beautiful stain effect on the lips. It has great staying power and is definitely moisturizing. Firecracker is a bright mauve pink and summer crush is a cool pale pink. The colors are different than they looked online but I am happy with them.

Mineral Based SPF Lip Balm
There aren't many mineral-based SPF lip balms out there and I only use mineral sunscreens. Most feel chalky. This has a really nice consistency though. Note that it's not really hydrating, which I wouldn't expect it to be with zinc oxide in it. So I put on regular moisturizing lip balm first, then this on top. I ordered Nude Beach which is a very subtle rose, only a tiny amount of color.

Wanted to Love but couldn't
Have been transitioning to mineral sunscreen products and thought this might fill in the missing piece for my lips. Color (Summer Crush) was very light and transparent. It felt very chalky and drying. I used the Coola lip oil over it to soften it a bit but then felt like it wasn't lasting.

I have the pink color in this item and love the spf coverage, color and texture. This shade was too nude and matte for my light skin, but the sheer pink is lovely and this may be the right color for you.

Great lip SPF
I have tried other brands of tinted lip balm with SPF. Some more expensive and some less expensive. This is my favorite one. I purchased this in color "skinny dip" and I like that it protects my lips from the sun, and provides a tiny amount of color (which is exactly what I want). I wear this for normal days or days when I know I'm going to be outside. It's not good for long lasting wear, dramatic color or moisturizing incredibly dry chapped lips. But it's the best in terms of SPF and a subtle color.

Regret the purchase
There are limited options for high SPF lip treatment. I purchased this brand in 2 colors and I regret the purchase. The product is extremely chalky when applied and dries my lips out. Oddly, it seems to need reapplication often. The "nude beach" shade is hideous. I am very pale and this light shade is too pale even for my completion.
