Nice alternative
This is a nice alternative to all the lip balms with chemical sunscreens. I always worry about investing my lip products so I have more peace of mind when wearing this lip sunscreen with only mineral active ingredients. The texture is ok, a little drier and slightly chalkier than the chemical sunscreen liplux counterpart. The color does a decent job of overcoming the white cast.

Nice smell
Got this in skinny dip in June beautyfix. It has a nice, sturdy metal tube that you need to unscrew to open, which is nice as some of my lipsticks tend to open in my handbag, this won't do that. It has a nice smell, early grey tea, but it's not overwhelming, didn't think a sunblock could smell this nice. The stick itself is solid (its winter here so that may have something to do with it) but it does melt on contact with skin. Best part, its waterproof up to 80min. I think this is the perfect compliment to the CS powder sunblock. Skinny dip does not have a tint to it and appears totally clear on my lips. The attached picture is swiped about 5 times to try to get it to show up on the pic

Excellent SPF, no color
I go this in my beautyfix box, and at first I was a bit disappointed by its sheerness. But, after using it this last week, I can say that it is an excellent (and long lasting) sun block, and that the sheer color does have a bit of shimmer that looks pretty fab when layered over or under another tint. It's really pretty and I'm glad to have it. May repurchase another with a bit of red at some point, but this is good for the summer.

Dry lip balm and lackluster color
I was very hopeful for this product, as I do love Coola's products! However, this was a disappointment on many levels: This is not at all moisturizing, my lips felt very sticky and dry. This colored balm has a gritty texture, and was very difficult to put on. Dry, gritty, and made my lips flake. The color is awful on me. I have a pale olive complexion (medium complexion, yellow undertones) and it turned up a chalky orangey pink on my lips, very unlike what it looks like in the tube. Very unflattering!!! I brought this on holiday as a lip balm with spf and it's really a disappointment. I will not re-purchase and will throw it out ASAP, as I am to far away to return it. Maybe this is a bad batch? I do not recommend.

Skinny dip
Got this in my beautyfix box in skinny dip. No tint to it but makes my lips look pale. Love the no scent and nice texture so I layer over color lip balm.

Alternative to the blue stuff
I have this item in Skinny Dip, which is a sheer beige. This is a reasonable alternative to the typical blue chapstick. It does have kind of an outputting scent and isn't particularly moisturizing, but I like to have it on hand to avoid burned lips.

Great product!
I received this in the June Beautyfix box and so far I'm loving it. I'm very picky when it comes to lip balms and I was skeptical about trying this one. However it does not dry my lips out and the added sunscreen protection is a bonus.
