Not for Aging Skin
I’m 66 and my skin looks great because I’ve taken care to protect it, especially from sun damage. But let’s be real, it’s not the skin of a 30 or 40 year old. I have the imperfections of time that require the products I use to glide over fine lines or uneven texture, to apply and finish smoothly. This Colorscience pigment perfector applies unevenly, creases, and appears chalky. Application with a blending sponge did not help. I’m always looking for superior sun protection for older skin with or without tinted coverage. This failed to live up to it’s promise. I’ll be returning.

Rather dry, difficult application, but good coverage and blurring effect
The product i received was a little difficult too apply; it felt dry and i had to really work it over my skin. That said, it did seem to provide good sun coverage and did provide a nice "blurring" effect for my skin. Not a lot of coverage like foundation or BB cream, but enough to run errands or for casual situations. One of my bottles dried out completely, but i may have had it and not used it for too long. Overall good for the spf, but difficult application.

Just ok
Not at all impressed. I used this for 2 days one side of my face and Elta Glow on the other side....The Colorscience side was drier and accentuated fine lines about 1 hours after application as opposed to the Elta side of my face. I had high hopes but for the price and the appearance of my skin I am happy to spend less on a product that works better for me. *I do not have dry skin and live in a high humidity environment....

not for me
I was so excited for this. The coverage is too much for me. I feel like to makes me look older because it doesn't blend easily. I felt like I was wearing paste. I've been using it on my arms so it doesn't go to waste.

Whitecast on dark skin
This product isn't made for dark skin. The whitecast is overwhelming and left me looking ghostly. The texture of the product felt quite nice, if only it had more of a universal tint.

My "Go To"
I venture out and try other products but always come back to this one. I use this as my daily foundation. The coverage is good and stays throughout the day, the color does not oxidize and the SPF 50 is awesome. This product does not settle into fine lines and wrinkles; a very important thing for me due to my 50+ age.

Worth it!!!
I was doubtful about this line and this product. My skin is highly agitated from retina and I have a really hard time wearing any makeup with out flaming. This us very sheer and provides enough coverage. It makes my skin super glowy. I use the under eye concealer as well and thats a holy grail product !

Great makeup substitute with added sun protection
So, I wasn't entirely sure about this when I first started using it because it DOES go on a little light, like many other reviews have said - I'm 1/4 Lebanese with black hair and an olive-gold skin tone, for reference. But the more I use it, the more I like it. The lighter color blends pretty well once the product sets, the sun protection is phenomenal, and I'm at a point now where I can skip my foundation and just use this on my face (I've been getting Clear and Brilliant treatments so I can't speak to how much this product has done for my skin otherwise but it evens my skin tone and goes on as a nice matte). I have a med spa tinted sunblock and SkinCeuticals tinted matte sunblock, and while the colors are a better skin color match for me, the former goes on greasy and the latter is rough on the skin because it almost feels like it has dirt particles that you're trying to sand into your skin. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants sun protection and minimal products on his/her skin.

My go to
I have been struggling with acne prone skin/horrible maskne and started a medical grade skin care regimen. I started switching to all skin friendly products and have acne scaring. I love this product I use it over my moisturizer as "foundation" to help blend my scaring and with the active ingredients is starting to diminish my discolorations. The formula is very unique almost a whipped texture. It seems to blend best when applying directly on top of my moisturizer while my skin is damp then I set it with a misting spray to lock it in. The color is subtle but enough to even out my skin with that no makeup look. Once my discolorations correct I will switch to the other color science primers for a little more affordable option. But so far everything colorscience I've tried I've loved.

Like Butter!
Let's face it, for the cost of this it should be amazing and I have to say, it does not disappoint. The texture has a light mousse feel to it and it glides on so smooth like butter through a warm knife! It does have a slightly strange smell but it doesn't linger. The coverage is good, not too heavy and it really does melt into your skin. Overall if it's in the budget, it's a winner. I am only giving it 4 stars because it is crazy expensive and has a slightly weird smell. As for the smell, I am very scent sensitive and get headaches from things that are too perfumey or strong and this smell does not bother my sinuses at all and goes away after a minute.
