Apply to dry hair. Load up small end of brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out - do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use side edge of small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with wide end of brush.

Little Disappointed

This product didn't live up to my expectations. It sounded like it would be the perfect product for covering pesky little gray hairs along my temples, but I was disappointed in the outcome. I can see the brush strokes along my hairline. If anyone looks closely, they can tell that I tried covering my grays which is not the result I wanted. I'll keep experimenting, but overall I am not happy.

Wow! This is the perfect root cover up!

I get my roots touched up every 6 wks but in between my coloring sessions this platinum blonde cover up does the trick. It will last in my hair for 3-4 days in between shampoos and does not need to be reapplied until after the next shampooing. I am able to exercise, brush, comb, style hair and it stays in place. It does not look dull as it has a nice glimmer or shine to it and so it looks natural the way light reflected off of blonde hair should look. It's AMAZING!

I wouldn't buy this product again. I wish i could return it. The color is more strawberry than auburn and does not cover my gray roots. Very disappointing
