Very disappointed
Instead of detangling, this actually CAUSES knots and fall out when I try to finger comb it through my hair. Rinses out with no major difference, in fact it makes my fine hair feel straw-like. It’s also heavily perfumed with a powdery “old lady” scent. I used it for several months (the tub lasts forever) before giving up. Such a bummer, especially at this price point and after hearing great things. Maybe the formula changed with the packaging.

Formulation change resulting in terrible product
When I first used this mask last year, it was perfect in everyway. However with the buyout and rebrand of Christoph Robin, the mask has severely degraded in quality. The amount of prickly pear oil has moved from the top of the ingredient list, to the bottom. The alcohol is now overwhelming and completely drying. Please do not buy this mask until the original formulation is reinstated.

Can't be without it
I live in fear of running out of this stuff. I HATE heavily perfumed/fragranced products, and this has a great smell that doesn't linger. Most important is the superior conditioning. It's a bit pricey, but I use it as a conditioner when I co-wash (I only wash my hair 2x a month). Like most really good moisturizing hair products, it's so rich that you don't need a ton of product. Another plus is that it truly is color-safe and won't strip your hair color.

Hard not to love this stuff
I've never in my 37 years had anything make my hair come out so soft that didn't contain something that would have been detrimental to it in the long-run (e.g. large amounts of silicone). I've been using this stuff for a few years now whenever my hair needs a little extra love, and I don't see myself stopping any time soon.

Great hair mask. It's super thick and seems to really coat the hair and smooth out split ends and dryness. It has a fairly strong floral, baby powder-y smell that I think a lot of people won't like. It doesn't linger in the hair for too long, but it's definitely aggressive while you're using it. The full price is definitely a little too high, as there are comparable masks on the market for less. Take advantage of sales and coupons if you're interested in trying it!
