Affordable Product
I really enjoy using this product. It's a very light cleanser that leaves my skin feeling smooth, but never stripped. I use it generally in the morning as a cleanser to remove residual retinol/nigh creams. In the evening, I use a more intense foaming cleanser to exfoliate. The smell is neutral. You don't really get a lather with it, but for my purpose that's not necessary. CeraVe products fit well into my budget without feeling cheap.

One of their best products
This is one of their products I'm constantly repurchasing. I've tried many high-end cleansers, but always come back to this one due to it's simplicity, affordability, and good ingredients. It has no scent and feels very light. It doesn't do an adequate job of removing make up; I prefer to use this in the mornings. I like the fact that it actually does make your skin feel clean and hydrating.

Best Gentle Cleanser
I use this in the mornings on its own and in the evening after removing makeup with an oil cleanser. It has never irritated my skin and leaves it feeling clean but never stripped.

Awesome cleanser
This cleanser is amazing! It's hydrating, but doesn't clog my pores. Like any other cleanser, I remove my makeup with cold cream beforehand, then use this in conjunction with my Luna. Once I follow-up with my witch hazel toner, there's virtually no makeup left on the cotton pad. I really like this cleanser and will continue to use it.

My go-to cleanser
This is my favorite cleanser. I have repurchased it many times. It is gently enough for the winter months and does not leave my skin feeling tight and ry after washing. The price is also unbeatable. I have oily skin and am acne prone, but this works great with my skin type.

good facial cleanser for sensitive skin
I rotate between cerave hydrating and the avene anti-rougeurs cleanser when my mild rosacea is flaring up. it's not the best texture or smell, but it works effectively as a second cleanse after micellar water without stripping my skin or aggravating it. one of the few ph-balanced drugstore cleansers i trust.

holy grail cleanser
i use this as a daily morning cleanser and it is hands down the best cleanser i have ever used. i have dry, acne-prone skin with large clogged pores. any cleanser i use meant to target acne and blackheads dries my skin out more than it already is and any cleanser i use that is meant to hydrate is too heavy and makes me breakout. cerave is the perfect balance. it doesn't strip my skin at all and doesn't leave any residue on my skin or make me break out. a bottle of this stuff also lasts forever. i buy it maybe twice a year. overall i can't recommend this enough.

Gentle Basic Cleanser
Very satisfied with this gentle cleanser. Does not dry out my skin. I use this morning and night. Sometimes as a second cleanse if I've been wearing makeup. Incredibly gentle on the eyes, although I find I need a balm or oil to break down my eye makeup first. Love that this is an affordable cleansing option, so that I can put more money into serums/peels/oils/treatments,etc.

Truly gentle, hydrating cleanser
It is very rare to find a truly gentle cleanser that does not strip the natural barrier of the skin. This cleanser, however, delivers on its promises and actually does promote hydration of the skin. The texture is also extremely elegant.
