Helped My Moisture Barrier!

I'm a big review reader and I was hesitant to try this because of so many mixed reactions around the internet. My skin is also very reactive but I'm glad I gave this a try! I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have had no issues, and my skin looks incredible. I feel that adding this to my routine, both morning and night, has really helped repair my skin's moisture barrier. Overall, my face feels more glowing and youthful. Great texture and price point!

Excellent, better than basic moisturizer

This is up there with the brand's Hydrating Cleanser as one of my all-time favorite skincare products. This contains niacinamide and is an excellent moisturizer for use under retinoids. It has a light texture, as the lotion name suggests, but I love this year-round for buffering tretinoin. Although it has PM in the name, this can be used in the morning too under sunscreen. Love this product and I pray CeraVe never stops making it! Great value too.

Great moisturizer

This is a tried and true. Has great ingredients like ceramides, glycerin, niacinimide. Very affordable. It's a holy grail because it really moisturizes and hydrates. My skin never feels dry or too oily using this product. It's lightweight formula which I prefer. One minus is when I started using tretinoin and I put the Cerave PM lotion on after it really stung my face, made it red, irritated, peeling. I became sensitized to the product when before using tretenoin I had no problems with it. Now I put on the moisturizer first, let it dry and after a couple hours I then apply my tretinoin on top and I'm doing better with it. So I definitely recommend this lotion but if u have a compromised skin barrier you may be sensitive to this lotion. (It's not the niacinimide I'm sensitive to so it's something else).

basic but effective

So, I've used the morning/daily version of this same product that is also SPF30. I'd say that if you're considering wearing sunscreen daily, this is a great place to start. It's affordable, effective, and has great ingredients for overall skin health. The only drawback I've noticed is that it does sweat off pretty easily. Other than that, great for daily wear!
