This shampoo has a bit of a thinner consistency and it's so easy to spread through hair and scalp. It cleans hair and scalp very well, without leaving residue or weighing hair down. It also doesn't dry hair out. Hair feels so soft and "fluffy"- voluminous. The scent is yummy, like a banana sweet. This is a great find!

Smells just like banana
This was my first time trying this product and so far, I really like it. The shampoo is more watery than the usual shampoos and I did the Briogeo avocado mask after the shampoo so I haven't tried the conditioner yet, but it's thick and just what my curly hair loves!

Love the smell of this shampoo- very tropical with banana and coconut. I have had people compliment the smell. Not sure about its effects on my hair yet as I've only used it a few times. Maybe adds to frizz? Definitely doesn't weigh it down though

My hair looks so shiny and bouncy since using this, my last shampoo was too oily and was weighing it down, this is so lightweight but it softens and strengthens hair, also smells delicious!

Will never buy again
I did not like anything about this shampoo. The smell was too strong and artificial smelling. It did not clean my hair at all. I can usually go almost a week without washing my hair and it does not get oily. Using this, I had to wash my hair after a day or two because it felt so dirty. The worst of it was the itchy scalp it gave me. It was so unbearable i thought i had a skin infection and that my scalp was infected. I used it a few more times to give it a chance and each time itchy infected scalp. Maybe my particular bottle was contaminated or something so i cannot say for sure all the banana & coconut bottles are like this as i never ordered it again. If you want a Briogeo shampoo, i highly recommend the "Be Gentle, Be Kind Matcha + Apple Replenishing Superfood Shampoo" over this one anyday!

Smells like Summer
This shampoo has a light tropical scent to it and works well with my straight/semi-fine hair. It's gentle to use, and gets hair clean without over-drying or frizzy results. It smooths my hair down nicely and rinses out easily. I would definitely recommend this unless you're not a fan of tropical scents.
