the texture is not right for me.
it dries you hair for sure. my hair feels coarse after. also hard to rinse out the pieces, but it is not very exfoliating or scrubby as i imagined/hoped for.

I use this every 2 weeks along with Briogeo's Don't Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask and I love it. I have oily scalp and this exfoliating shampoo leaves my scalp super clean and my hair lightweight and soft.

Two weeks into using
About two weeks into using and I can't really say if it's changed my hair at all. I enjoy how it removes scalp buildup, but it takes at least two quarter size scoops to be thorough. It does dry out my hair so I follow up with a Moroccan oil deep conditioner that I leave on for 5 minutes. I usually wash my hair 2 times a week. I'll update after more uses if my opinion changes.

Scalp Revival is amazing. It smells great and feels even better. I use this once a week but could use it more if I wanted. My scalp is super dry and my hair is oily and this helps to exfoliate my scalp and help it to feel less right and itchy. I use in conjunction with the scalp treatment and the combo has worked well for me

Very effective so far
I've had to deal with some itchy and flaky scalp issues esp near my hairline. I use this shampoo every other day and it seems to be working; less itchiness and less flakiness. Pleasant smell, but wished it could be packaged in something other than a tub.

If you struggle with dandruff...
I was very hopeful of this product because I struggle with dandruff. Even with just one time use, I could feel that my scalp felt more clean and the help get rid the dead skin that was built on my scalp. The peppermint felt very cooling. It doesn't really lather up so it doesn't really feel like your hair is getting clean but definitely helps with flakiness. I hope they would change the packaging because it is hard to not waste product.

The smell is good, it kinda reminds me of a thin mint?! Lol but once I'm done with my shower I can still smell the mint scent on my hair! It's not as rough as the scalp scrub I used before this, which I like because it doesn't feel like it's destroying my scalp.

I don't usually exfoliate my scalp, but I tried this product because I got it in a set and it's great! It really leaves your scalp feeling refreshed and has a great minty scent. At first it feels a little strange and gritty, almost like you are using a body scrub in your hair, but it rinses out well. I use this once a week with the Don't Despair Repair deep conditioning mask. It's a good combo.
