This stuff is absolutely amazing.
This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have recently found a hair regimen that works for me and it took a decade after a decade of damaging my hair so I generally don't mess with it. Despite that I love trying and reviewing products so although I will try products I generally don't switch because nothing works as good as my dry bar hot toddy cream for heat and UV protection. That is until I was sent this in my fab fit fun summer 2017 editors box. I decided to try it of course because I love letting you all know if these high end products perform like we expect them to and I'm here to tell you that I'm blown away (pun intended)! This is definitely replacing my hot toddy cream. Not only does it protect my hair but it also smooths it and perfects it and makes it look better than ever. Then best of all it stays that way between my washes. That's really saying something as my hair is still slightly damaged and naturally very curly so any water, humidity or heat in the air makes me frizz and curl right up.

I’ve been looking for a light weight product for my long hair that can get frizzy. This has been great so far. I don’t use a lot and sometimes add an oil in my palm to help spreadability. I might try one of the oils from Briogeo as well. It’s not heavily perfumed either, which I like.

Does the job
I bought this to use as a heat protectant product prior to straightening and blowdrying. I like the texture and scent of the product but it does leave a slight residue. I'm not sure if it's because it's more of a cream than a serum but if you have thinner hair it might not be the best product for you.
