Great Deep Conditioner
This is my go to deep conditioner and I always come back to this after experimenting with other brands. This product smells good and it calms my frizzy hair. It moisturizes well and I can't say enough good about it. I do wish it it came with a pump.

Leaves hair feeling strong and clean
This is a silicone-free mask so you aren't going to get satisfying slip and baby soft hair, but you are going to get hair that is stronger and moisturized while keeping your scalp free of build up and irritation. Some people can tolerate silicones in their hair but my scalp gets very irritated when I used them. I like that I'm able to use this close to my scalp without any issues. Although it doesn't have as much slip as masks with silicone, I am still able to detangle my hair pretty well while it's on and brushing my hair when I get out of the shower is definitely still manageable. I can tell that the proteins have strengthened my hair as I have very little breakage and the oils return moisture to the hair after shampooing. This mask is not going to give you the shiniest hair of your life, but it will give you healthy, manageable hair. I like to apply a leave-in that contains silicones to the bottom half of my hair (far away from my scalp) to increase shine/softness and make styling easier after using this conditioner. I find that the sulfate-free matching shampoo does a fantastic job of removing any silicones in my hair, which is nice.

I have long, thick hair. This mask is just OK for me. I don't think it provides enough hydration and does not always get through knots. Their honey mask sold during holiday is much much better.

Made my hair soft but frizzy
I have coarse, wavy-curly, dry, thick hair. I don't wash my hair very often, about 1x a week (more when I'm working out a lot), usually do no-poo/co-wash/scalp rinse followed by conditioner or deep conditioner. I really wanted to like this product and do like some aspects of it. It made my hair really soft but somehow also made it super frizzy, too..? The kind of frizziness that can't be tamed and lasts till the next wash. Perplexing. I'm almost done with the tub so I'll see it through but I don't think I'll be repurchasing, as it seems to just not work well for my hair.
