Meh - it's ok
I was hopeful given the amount of 5 star reviews and the fact that this has been an Allure Best of Beauty award winner, but I didn't find it to be that great. Makes me wonder if they have changed the formula since it won that award, given that other reviewers have said similar things to my experience. The consistency was runny, which I didn't like; made it harder to put in your hair. I also found that I had to leave this in for a really long time - at least 10 minutes in order for it to really have an effect - and I'm more of a quick and easy type, I don't want to spend more than a few minutes waiting for a product to do it's thing. And then, my hair was left feeling kind of like straw and really tangled. Once it was blown dry, it was soft and the frizz was gone, but still, just not a pleasant experience. I returned it.

Great for fine hair
My super fine, thin hair is weighed down by most products, so I don't usually try masks. I applied this thick creamy mask to the bottom half of my hair and rolled it into a tight bun. The instructions recommend 15 minutes, but i relaxed in the sunshine for an hour instead. The mask rinsed right out and left my fine hair silky and smooth. Reasonably priced for regular use....my next use will be soon.

Much Needed Moisture for My Dry Locks!
I never cared about hair masks before finding this one, but I will continue to use it weekly. It's super easy to use and rinse for the extra moisture needed for my color treated hair (and the weekly blow out/flat ironing). Smells great and a reasonable price point! No complaints here!

Works well but, leaves my hair greasy
I love this deep conditioner but, I need to use it sparingly otherwise it leaves my hair greasy. I use a little and mix it with regular conditioner for a weekly treatment. But when I want a deep treatment I use the mask on my hair with a shower cap for a few hours.
