As a mother, I like to find ways to maximize my time and while in the shower I have limited time. I love this 4-in-1 wash because it truly is what it describes. I use it as a shampoo/conditioner and I cannot tell the difference when I use separate washes. I have unruly hair that is medium/long in length and I use 4-5 pumps. It takes some time to get used to a wash that does not produce suds but overall I love this wash.

It works a little too well, but my hair is soft and healthy now
I'd recently experienced pretty significant hair fallout and breakage due to a combination of stress and medication. A career change, a halt in high-lift hair coloring, and medication adjustments stopped the loss, but I knew I needed to be even more gentle than I had been previously with my hair. I'd switched to the no-lather, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for curly hair a few years ago, but I wanted to try a co-wash to see if it could soften the damaged areas and help me accelerate hair growth by going longer between shampoos. Briogeo's Avocado Quinoa Co-Wash definitely did all that. On occasion, I felt my ends needed a little extra conditioning, so I'd use either the lavender conditioner from The Honest Company or the Decadence One Conditioner from DevaCurl on just the very ends. I've found that the co-wash has worked SO WELL to moisturize and soften my recovering hair, that my roots get a little oily and limp on Day 2. A little spritz of dry shampoo usually takes care of it, but I've started being mindful of only using a tiny bit - if any - co-wash at my roots on shampoo days. I've also resorted to using my husband's drugstore sulfate shampoo on my roots a couple times to stave off the oiliness. I'm currently looking for a natural, gentle, clarifying shampoo to use every two or three washes. I have a feeling that once I start having my hair colored again (I went from a high-lift blonde with white/platinum highlights to a reddish-brunette in the name of hair health), my roots will be in more constant need of moisture and this co-wash will be perfect along with the occasional conditioning masque for my ends. I love the scent, the consistency, and the fact that it's vegan and cruelty-free. The bottle depletes pretty quickly if you have long hair (mine hits the middle of my back after the damage), but I plan to stick with it for its benefits.

Won't Go Back to Shampoo!
I've used this product about 3 different times now and it has consistently worked wonders for my hair! The packaging is super cute, and there is a subtle citrus-y scent that is not too overpowering. I work it through my roots first and then finger-comb is out to my ends where I let it sit for a bit before rising. It's very convenient that this product takes the place of having to shampoo and condition - it is 2 in 1. This product has really helped me with frizz and does not leave my hair feeling greasy as I had feared. I love this and will be repurchasing over and over!

Remarkable Product
I was skeptical about this being a co-wash and conditioner. However, it really is! I have fine curly hair that needs some kind of washing daily. This works very well now that I have an idea of the amount to use. I am not convinced it is worth the price. I wet my hair well wash rinse lightly and put gel in and I am done. Smell is fine , the bottle and pump are great. The ingredients are natural and do seem to add volume.

The best co-wash!
I have naturally curly hair and have tried numerous co-washes and this is by far the best one I have tried thus far. It is a small bottle but I have found that I don't need to use very much of the product. Seemed a little pricey to me at first but really do love this and will be purchasing again.
