Bioelements Decongestant Cleanser is a refreshing, lathering gel cleanser that foams away dirt, makeup, pollutants and pore-clogging excess oils. Fortified with antiseptic plant extracts, it thoroughly removes debris, leaving skin feeling squeaky clean. Free of artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance and animal by-products. Not tested on animals. Ideal for oily and combination skin types.
Apply two pumps to wet skin, and apply a small amount over face. Rinse.

This was recommended to me by my esthetician. My skin went through the purge the first couple of weeks. After almost a month of use my pores look smaller, my skin almost flawless. I only need one pump to cover my face and neck (I've barely made a dent in the bottle thus far). Don't expect much lather. My face does feel a little dry and tight after cleansing but I use an essence and moisturizer to help rehydrate my skin.

Holy grail
This cleanser was recommended by my esthetician. I have acne-prone sensitive skin and this cleanser has done wonders for my face. The lesions on my cheeks have significantly gone down and the redness have also subsided. Good gentle cleanser for oily skin
This cleanser cleans my oily skin and prevents outbreaks, but doesn't make eczema appear. It is drying to be honest
I bought this cleanser based on all the wonderful reviews here but it is drying the skin with constant use. I do not think I will repurchase though in general the product is not bad. It is very economical, there is no annoying fragrance like some other cleansers have. But I will try smth else.

Gentle, effective cleanser
I have combination (oily/dry) skin with pores that are easily blocked, and this is the best cleanser I've found (recommended by my facialist). It's a gel that works up into a rich lather, and it glides easily over your skin, so you can wash very gently with no tugging. My skin feels clean but not stripped. In the winter (I live in Chicago) if the air is dry in your house and your skin is very dry, your skin might feel a little bit tight after using it. So in winter I use this gel in the morning when I'm more oily, and at night I use a chamomile creamy cleanser which at other times of year isn't strong enough to counteract the oil. The Bioelements cleanser is great for combination, prone to breakout skin.
