This 100% oil-free hydrating moisture gel is fortified with moisturizing Phosopholipids and astringent plant extracts to hydrate and strengthen the skin without clogging pores or causing breakouts. This non-greasy, refreshing gel is perfect for those with oily skin. It can be worn during the day over an SPF sunscreen or at night. My favorite morning moisturizer
I use this moisturizer every morning! I never like to use a super thick and heavy lotion before putting on make up, so this one is perfect! It dries so light, but still gives me the moisture I need!

Nice gel based moisturizer
I received this as part of the oily skin set from Bioelements and really liked it. I have oily, break out prone skin and this moisturizer is hydrating, gentle, and doesn't clog pores. I like that it's totally clear, makes me feel like I'm putting something really clean onto my skin.

Not for people who have acne
This moisturizer is not suitable for those who have acne or are prone to breakouts. The second ingredient is algae, which has a 5 out of 5 on the comedogenic rating, which means it WILL clog your pores and cause acne. After one use, I broke out all over in cystic acne and white heads.

clear gel moisturizer
I use Beyond Hydration because I have very sensitive, oily skin that can't handle anything but clear gel moisturizers. I can't say that this particular product is a miracle worker, but this one does fit certain criteria: it doesn't clog pores, it has good ingredients, and the consistency is spreadable on the skin. I would say it's more of a summer product than a winter season product, because on its own, without a base or serum, it's not sufficient for moisturizing dryness. However I don't feel free to liberally apply my other moisturizers that are concentrated, come in small amounts, and have an expensive price tag, so I keep Beyond Hydration in my routine. It has never caused any breakouts and always feels clean.
