The Essentials Kit Review
This kit is not for people looking for a complete kit for their AM/PM routine. It has a lot of exfoliants, but I was excited about trying new products, and here is my opinion. SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF - the trial size is so tiny that I was unable to see any difference in my skin. It lasted a few weeks. Sunday Riley GOOD GENES - I've used this product before, and I like it. The size is decent. It gently exfoliates the top layer of the skin. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant - this is a miracle product that hides imperfections, so the pores appear smaller and the redness is reduced. The effect is temporary. Naturopathica Oat Cleansing Facial Polish - this cleanser offers physical exfoliation, which is too abrasive in my opinion. I wouldn't purchase this product. Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Peel Pads - this is a great gentle yet effective peel. It helped reduce acne inflammation and whiteheads. iS Clinical Active Serum - I used the entire bottle and didn't see any difference. I would use the peel pads mentioned above for AHA/BHA exfoliation. Allies of Skin 1A Retinal + Peptides Overnight Mask - the size is too small to see any effect since retinoids take months to start working. Based on the ingredients I believe that this is a great product. Not that many companies used retinaldehyde in their products. Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray - I haven't used this spray yet, so no opinion at this time Obagi Nu-Derm Toner - this toner is unnecessary if you are using a gentle cleanser. I've used this toner before as a part of NuDerm kit, and it was ok. Dermstore Clear Cosmetic Bag - this shouldn't really be part of the kit. There's nothing special about this bag.

Amazing Sampling of Awesome Products
This "Best Of" is a steal! So many awesome products to try... iS Active Serum is a huge sample of such an expensive, high quaintly product.. will definitely buy full size when I run out. SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF and Sunday Riley GOOD GENES are staples in my morning routine now. Honestly, these 3 products make the whole package the best steal around... everything else is icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!

Great Option for trying out products before purchasing larger versions
I love that I'm able to try out mini sizes of these products before purchasing the larger size bottles. So far i love the active serum and the cooling affect it has on my face. The Oat cleansing polish does a great job at exfoliating without stripping the skin. Have yet to try the remaining products. Excited to try the peel pads.

Great Way to Try New Products
I love this set so much I gave it to my sister-in-law as a present.
