Be careful on "playing chemist"
Using everything together really put my skin through the ringer and I had to take a step back and go back to basics to push a restart button. Two brands I know work just find for my sensitive skin were elta md and Obagi. Everything else was a little too aggressive. All high quality brands but if you have sensitive skin I'd say watch out when it comes to using everything at once.

I love this bag. before purchasing I’ve never herd of any of these brands; that’s how much of a beginner I was. Anyways I’m writing this 2 years after using and repurchasing the full products for Neostrata and sunscreen. Eye cream is Ehh, I wouldn’t repurchase. Serum is fine. It leaves a yellow tint on the skin, kind of like iodine. Neostrata: amazing and you get a lot for the price. Sunscreen: not too oily and doesn’t leave a strong white cast. Obagi face cleanser was not worth the money. it feels great to the skin, doesn’t dry it out like high name brand cleansers but Cerve is good too Vitamin C moisturizer was good, you can use it in both summer/winter. I love aqua mob but this good enough to handle dryness.

I was impressed with this purchase. I hadn’t tried many of the included products so I always wait a couple months until they’re nearly gone before writing my review. These sized products are great to add to my regular regimen because I put them in my travel bag and use them when I stay the night elsewhere once a week and it’s a great way to try them out without having to travel with full sized products, especially if flying. I’m intending on buying a full size of the neostrada exfoliating wipes, I really like those, and the cream they also include is awesome for my combination/oily skin. Obagi face wash is perfect as well, not stripping and lasts a long time! I have the nuskin micro current device so I like to use this cleanser beforehand. Also can’t go wrong with Elta or skinceuticals. Their serums are always on point and the elta eye gel was a fresh new option for me. I’m still using it.

Check the Expiry Dates!
I normally love the Best of Dermstore sets - it is a great way to sample specific without committing to full size products. I have a lot of sun spots and some returning melanoma, so I was looking for some products that may help with this. However, I receive this set earlier this week and as other reviewers mentioned, the Obagi Sun Shield has an expiry date of 09/21. I am a little worried about how good the other products are at this point. Otherwise, it is a good deal for what you get, just make sure you check the product dates!

CHECK THE DATES ON DERMSTORE'S SETS!
While I absolutely love the Dermstore's "Best of Dermstore" sets, I had many issues with this set. First, I was sent their BeautyFIX box in lieu of the Best of Dermstore Brightening Regimen - not once, but twice! Then once I finally received the correct set, the Obagi Sun Shield is 8+ months expired! EEK! WARNING: Always check the dates on these sets because they seem to be frequently expired or soon to be expired!

Great products to Trial

Expired products
Could be a good kit if the products were not expired. Skinceuticals discoloration defense was darkly oxidized, Obagi sunscreen expired 9/2021. Quality assurance team has not addressed these concerns after 3 months of talking to customer service.

Wonderful Combination
I purchased this to try some products to hopefully help my cystic acne and scarred skin from previous acne. I have been following the day and night routine that is provided. I love the Lancer scrub, my face felt smooth and amazing afterwards. Too bad it’s so expensive. For only using it a couple days I can see a difference and haven’t had any new cystic acne pop up.
