My favorite tool for applying makeup
I use my beauty blender to apply everything from foundation to concealer to blush. My brushes pale in comparison to the beauty blender. I also like that when I travel, I can just take the bb with me. One sponge lasts me around 5 months despite cleaning.

Miracle Worker
I was hesitant to try this product since I've always been loyal to my Bobbi Brown Foundation brush, however, after reading many make-up bloggers reviews about this product, I decided to give it a try. WOW. truly a miracle worker in the form of a make-up blender. When I first received the product, I was surprised at how small it was. Without reading the instructions, I took it out of the packaging and gave it a whirl. It was a little stiff, and I was confused about all the hype. Finally, I decided to actually read the instructions and realized I was doing it all wrong! You have to wet the beautyblender, and squeeze out the excess water. The egg began to expand and take the shape I was used to seeing in the tutorial videos. So, as a note to everyone about to purchase this, make sure you read the instructions before using!! I will typically put a dime-size of foundation on the outside of my hand and dip the beautyblender in before putting onto my face. This product also works GREAT for contouring and blending in bronzer and blush. highly recommend!

Beautyblender is the best makeup sponge. I had a hard time believing it could make that much of a difference and the cost seemed rediculous. I chose to purchase it using a discount code mostly out of curiosity and found that it makes a difference. Smooths out foundation for a more natural look.

I bought a couple of off brand/knock-offs before I finally caved and got the legit beautyblender and I'm so happy I finally did! Once the water has been applied to the sponge it's as soft and squishy as a marshmallow and does an amazing job of getting the foundation to cover pores and fine lines. Nothing compares to the real thing!
