Great Makeup Sponge
I would give this product a 5 star rating if it were not so overpriced. It's a great makeup sponge that will last you a long time. However, there are two less expensive makeup sponges that I prefer to buy that I feel are also excellent sponges. If the price is not a concern for you, then you won't be disappointed with this sponge.

Love this sponge!
I love this product, I just hate cleaning it. Often, I'll just rotate to an unused side. You can add water to to the sponge so it absorbs less foundation but I like to use it dry since I prefer I sheer finish.

Is it worth it?
I really do like the beauty blender! It applies makeup beautifully. It does eat up product so the possibility of flying through foundation is there. It tends to also sheer out the coverage. To avoid this, I apply my foundation with a brush to achieve full coverage. Then really blend it out with the sponge. Becuase the finish tends to be softer and more natural with the beauty blender

Works, but not my favorite
This works just fine, but it absorbs product which is annoying. I recently switched over to using my Clarisonic with the makeup brush head and it works SO much better.

Not a great applicator
I honestly don't get the hype. I feel like I use twice as much fountain when I use this and it takes twice as long. I much prefer using a brush. The one positive is, I feel like it's great to blend concealer.

BEST Makeup Applicator
By far the best sponge/makeup applicator. Even when i start with a brush i use the beautyblender to blend more and make my makeup look absolutely flawless.

Smoother Makeup
There are a few cheaper alternatives that I feel work better, but this sponge is iconic and has changed the way people apply makeup for a reason. The shape allow you to easily buff makeup across larger areas like the cheeks and the thin tip make it easy to apply and smooth makeup below the eyes. This can be used for foundation, concealer, powders, contour, and I personally love to use it to buff out my cream blushes. A great tool for smoother, more well applied looking makeup.

Best Makeup Applicator
I have been using various makeup sponges for years, always off brand cheaper versions. I finally bit the bullet and got the actual BeautyBlender and I'll never go back. My foundation has never looked better on my skin.

Great Foundation Applicator!
When I need a light, even, and full coverage look- this is what I use! I say light because I don't like the heavy caked foundation look. The sponge somehow helps even out my foundation and gives me full coverage. The only downside is that you have to wash it after each use. I wear makeup once in a while so it's not too much of a hassle.
