the original beautyblender: Wet the beautyblender® with water. Squeeze out the excess liquid, using a towel if available. Bounce primer, foundation, powder, cream blush or any other complexion product across your face for a flawless makeup application.
solid blendercleanser: Wet sponge or brush with water, squeeze or stroke into soap and work into a lather. Rinse well and squeeze out excess water and let dry. The sponge should be replaced every 3 months.

Flawless foundation
Really like the way this works and how it makes foundations look beautiful. My only problem with this is that I can't get it clean or to me it doesn't look like the foundation ever comes out completely. I have used the solid cleanser that came with it. Mac liquid cleanser and even (I know this is bad ) dawn soap. I was obsessed with getting the makeup out of it and could not. Maybe I am just new to this and it's clean but stained ? I guess they are only supposed to last 3 mos and so maybe this is just part of it. The way it can bounce to a good makeup app is awesome and reason enough to keep on using and buying for me

Perfect Combo!
I've tried them all but the Beauty Blender beats every other sponge. I used to think it was too expensive for a make-up applicator and now I don't know how I lived without it. I love that this comes with a blendercleanser. The blendercleanser works so much better than traditional soap because it is deep cleaner that rinses away very quickly. This set is perfection!

Perfect for liquid cream foundation
I love how my skin look using beautyblender with liquid cream foundation! The finish is so natural and light... The only complaint is it does absorb quite a bit of product, so I don't think it would work very well with the very liquidy/serum type of foundation. The solid soap is great too. It cleans any makeup sponge very well.

A little on the expensive side, but it's worth it! A BeautyBlender Sponge is necessary for flawless makeupplication. And of coure you need the Sponge cleaner to keep your BeautyBlender from getting yucky. This is the perfect kit because you get the cleaner along with the Sponge.
