The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Worth the discomfort
I have fairly sensitive skin so using this is a bit uncomfortable for me, but not painful. I believe it is helping me get better results from my evening serums and can't wait to see how my skin looks after a few months of consistent use. Love that it's not exorbitantly expensive either since you can't just replace to head and need to buy a new one every few months.

Great first roller
This was the first roller i purchased to try at home microneedling. It was super easy to use and did not hurt anything like i thought it might. Was able to use a good number of times before feeling like it was beginning to dull. As i did not want to tear my skin i then switched to another. I like this one more than the new one i am using and will purchase this one again even though it is a bit more money than the one i am now using. I do like the results i have begun to see with my serums penetrating deeper. Now if i can work my way up to deeper needles.

Will Buy Again!
I had heard about microneedling and I was really excited to give it a try when I received this product in my Beauty Fix box for June. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I read that it's best to start with a smaller amount of rolls and work your way up. It didn't hurt at all, and I started using 5 rolls in each direction and worked my way up. I didn't notice any crazy differences right away, but it did seem to make the products I would use afterwards sink in better. The length didn't draw any blood, and only a few times left my skin a little red right after, but it faded quickly. I roll horizontally on my cheeks along my cheekbones and it seems to give a little more contour/definition as well. I found some small alcohol wipes on amazon which I use to clean the needles prior to use. I will continue using this a few times a week and will repurchase another when the tips dull.

Great addition to regimen
Low-cost / high reward introduction to micro-needling. I bought this to work on minimizing the appearance of a scar below my nose and so far, so good! My skin feels great after a session, slightly tingly and thirsty for serum. I did notice a nice plumping of the skin and an overall glow, will definitely be purchasing again.

Less pain and discomfort
I bought a derma roller from another brand in Amazon before I purchased ORA derm roller. The other brand is harsher and gives more pain when I use it. This ORA derm roller is much gentler. When I use the same pressure, I hardly feel any pain or discomfort. I recommend this brand.

Unsure if this is safe at home
I purchased this in hopes to help some of my acne scarring on my face from cystic acne and also help with collagen production for my laugh lines. I used it once and had to return after reading other reviews due to honestly just being scared. It scared me that I was puncturing the skin and unsure if I was causing more damage then good. I read reviews that this device, if not cared for properly, this could actually cause infection in the skin. I would prefer to just get microneedling done in an office with a professional who knows what they are doing.

So far, so good!!
I've just tried the 0.25 Ora dermaroller - my 1st time ever microneedlin' - and it is perfect for first-timers, such as myself! It is a great quality roller and this was not painful. I thought it would be lol. After microneedling my entire face, including my under eye area - fine lines - and nose area - pores/whiteheads - I used a serum and moisturizer. Of course I will have to wait for results, but so far I can see this does help with product absorption and my skin feels great!! I'm planning to continue using this weekly and in a couple of months purchasing a 0.50 needle size to further help reduce lines/wrinkles..I can't wait!
