The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

This is an excellent addition to any skin care regimen-improved skin texture, better product absorption, collagen stimulating. However, please research the optimal frequency for using this type of product. Many websites say this can be used daily/several times per week, but many dermatologists indicate a frequency of only once every three weeks.

Great starter product
This was recommended by my esthetician to (very carefully) use between IPL treatments. It is very gentle and I have noticed plumper, tighter skin with regular use. I have yet to noitce an improvement in pigmentation, but am hopeful I'll begin to see results.

Microneedle newbie
This tool is my entry into microneedling. I was nervous about using it, but read some tutorials online and gave it a go. There is surprisingly little discomfort when using it, unless you press it *really* hard into your skin. I can only use this twice a week, any more and my face stings for an entire day afterwards. I can see a difference in the plumpness of my skin, and love feeling my night serum soak in a bit deeper. Give this a go to get started with microneedling.

I've only used it a few times, but so far so good. I watched a few YouTube videos for reference. I find I only need to use once a month or so. I might work up to more often once the weather warms up.

Great Option for First Time Microneedlers!
I bought this as my first microneedle roller. I wanted to even out my skin tone which is not that great due to adult acne. When I used it I definitely thought it helped my skincare products absorb better but I haven not used it consistently enough to tell if it has actually improved my skin at all. The pain is not too bad but I do tend to get red and a little sensitive so I usually do it at night because I do not want to do it before I wear makeup during the day! Will purchase another in the future!

It doesn't work, not sure what the others are talking about.
I'm 51, look 10 years ago, have fair, sensitive skin. I used this product every day for a month, then every other day for a month to see if that made any difference; giving my skin a day to "rest". I followed the directions and used a high-end serum after each use and I've seen zero results on my fine lines or my 11. It's been completely useless, so if you are in your 40s and 50s or older and have skin like mine, don't waste your money on this product. I am really disappointed, because the reviews made me think it would work; it doesn't.

Great product!
I just got mine yesterday. I had been wanting to do microneedling for a while now so when I found this roller I had to get it. I used it last night before putting on my regular night time products. I was a little nervous as to how it would feel but it wasn't painful and you don't have to put a lot of pressure. My face did sting a bit afterwards and a little this morning but it's not something that's unbearable. Plus my coworkers said this morning that my skin looks really good and I have glowy skin. And the price is amazing. Making this a regular part of my skin routine.
