The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

I use this about 4 times a week, I can definitely tell the difference from when I use it to when I dont. My face looks brighter, scars and pores look smaller. Not sure if the results are permanent or just last for the time using it though. Would recommend this product.

The tool sounds scary, but I am so pleased with it. The first use I was very red and my face tingled. With each use the tingling is less. What I have been concerned about is that my product is not absorbing into my skin. When I rinse my face in the morning it just feels like I am just rinsing off product. With the use of the Mircroneedle I have a different feel. My face seems to be absorbing my product now and it is actually looking as if I am receiving the benefits of what I am using. Sooo I was a little hesitant to use this on my face often (I gladly use micro-needles on my body), but just make sure to do your research and don't go overboard with it. I can certainly say that this helps when I use it in combination with face oils, etc., versus when I use them on their own.

heard many many... many good things about microneedleing so I decided to try it. I saw massive improvement in just 1 use. After the second use I knew it was true. Your only suppose to use these 3 times at most I read so the price is much if you look at it that way. However for the results I saw I had to keep up.
