The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

The tool sounds scary, but I am so pleased with it. The first use I was very red and my face tingled. With each use the tingling is less. What I have been concerned about is that my product is not absorbing into my skin. When I rinse my face in the morning it just feels like I am just rinsing off product. With the use of the Mircroneedle I have a different feel. My face seems to be absorbing my product now and it is actually looking as if I am receiving the benefits of what I am using. heard many many... many good things about microneedleing so I decided to try it. I saw massive improvement in just 1 use. After the second use I knew it was true. Your only suppose to use these 3 times at most I read so the price is much if you look at it that way. However for the results I saw I had to keep up.
