The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Improves Blood Flow To the Skin
I haven't had mine that long but I can tell you it is painless. After you do it, your face will be slightly red as blood is circulated to the areas covered. My face feels like the skin is being plumped. I do this about two times per week. I am pleased with this product and will continue to use it faithfully for results.

Great for beginners

As promised but requires true commitment
I bought this after I had a professional ($700) microneedling treatment at a medical spa. I think that this product can closely mimic the same results - baby smooth and clear skin - but it requires know-how and consistency. Don't use it on acne and don't go too hard. Definitely watch the brand's site's how to and use high quality growth factor afterwards. Always keep the device clean and use alcohol and iodine before and after.

visible results in one week!
Finally gave into the hype and bought this on a whim. I have tiny acne scars sporadically over my face. Mainly from little white head scabs being plucked off before they've healed. The scares look (and act) like large pores often clogged with makeup and oil just being a nuisance to my face. I was afraid to use this at first and it actually sat in my drawer for a few months collecting dust. I thought it would leave my face red or require some recovery time before I could show my face at work. Not the case at all! No recovery time needed, and the needles feel more like pressing hair bush bristles (the natural fiber kind) gently over your face, rather than a needle. Its slightly uncomfy but not painful. I roll it over a clean face and apply serum right after so the nutrients can soak in. Its only been a week and the scars are starting to shrink! A few are already gone!

Improves product absorption
I like this product. I haven't gotten mindblowing results, but I like that it helps my complexion absorb the skincare products I apply at night. I'm disappointed to read that it should be tossed after 3 or so uses for sanitary purposes, which I think is very wasteful.
