The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

Took Some Getting Used To
Using this hurt more than I expected the first few times but now I am used to it. I love the little case it comes in. I have a reminder set up on my phone to use this once every 2 weeks. Takes a few times to see results but my face is noticeably brighter than in the past. If used consistently, I have noticed that my skin looks more youthful. I currently use it once a week and it does leave your skin with a noticeable red flush, but once it fades my skin looks a bit more supple. I haven't noticed a change in my old acne scars but I read it may take several months. It does require sanitizing before and after every use to keep the device clean. I replace it after 10 or so uses. I do wish the head was replaceable like a razor instead of discarding the whole tool.

Works well, easy to use and well priced
To try and minimize some stretch marks on my thighs but not wanting to spend much money, I bought this face micro-needle roller. I really like the results I've seen. My only issue is user error and I would recommend putting on a lot of lotion before use as I got a rash trying to use it on dry skin. The other issue is it is slightly noisy/squeaky.

I've somehow ended up with a wide array of dermarollers, some of them ora (both this one, another, and a smaller lip one), and while they work just fine, I couldn't see paying a premium for the label. They're good, but no better than other brands I've used. 5 stars for efficacy/ 3.5 stars for cost.

Not sure but I think it is working
I have used this 3x so far. I did a lot of research and the benefits I should expect are better product absorption and helping with scars and under eye bags. I wanted to try it primarily for the eye bags. I think it's working but I can't be sure. I do feel like it has helped for the 3x I've tried it. I use this with my Skinceuticals B5 gel or The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc with no issues or irritation.
