The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Works, but be careful
Make sure that you follow the instructions and be aware of the pressure you place and ALWAYS make sure you sanitize it immediately after use. I was hesitant to use it once I had it, but after some YouTube videos and careful introduction I am sold on it. So far I haven't seen anything major come of it, but I do feel that my pores are benefitting.

Microneedle face roller
I have gotten this face roller several times now, and I feel that it does help products penetrate better. I only use it once a week, but the needles are small enough that I wouldn't worry about using more often. I get about 10-12 uses out of it- I would love it if I could just replace the head rather than the entire device though, so I am taking off one star for that.
