The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Immediate Difference but acne-prone users go cautiously
Yes, I absolutely saw a difference in the plumpness and vibrance of my skin. However, the roller does cause some slight discomfort/pain...I guess I have sensitive skin. I did get used to it. And you can always start gently at first. Also, I don't use it every night. ACNE: For areas of your skin that may have break-outs or acne, don't do the micro-needling there...I have found that micro-needling on broken-out areas will cause increased break-outs. I believe that for acne-prone people, it works best to use this when your skin is at its least broken-out stage; then be sure to apply your acne medication. I also suggest sterilizing it with alcohol each and every time you use (I do both before and after). If you see break-outs, give your skin a rest and come back to it a few days later. And as noted, avoid broken out areas. But overall, an effective product and inexpensive...definitely worth having in your "arsenal" of skin-care tools! Thanks!

Interesting tool
I received this in my Beautyfix box and after watching several YouTube videos I decided to give it a try. Let me say it is not as a painful as it appears. It is very helpful in allowing your serums and moisturizers absorb into your skin quickly. However, I'm not sure I would have purchased it on my own but now that I have it .. I do use it occasionally.

This is a fantastic product!
I've had professional microneedling done and this system works really well! Treatments for microneedling cost about $150 per treatment and although this tool is not as invasive, I did notice a big difference in my skin. I use my glycolic acid after treatment which helps too because the product is then able to penetrate the skin. My skin looks great!

Amazing gadget to add to my routine!
This really makes perfect sense! Tiny needles allow your serum or moisturizer to seep in better, plus your skin reacts and produces more collagen. Um, yes, please!!! A very inexpensive way to do what costs a whole bunch when paying somebody to do it for you! My face tingles when I apply product after using this. Love it!

I don't think I use this frequently enough to give a review for my acne scars, but I will say that when I use this, I do notice plumpness and glow about my skin! It does make my skin more sensitive to face products (i.e. face wash, oils, creams)- the sensitivity lasts about 2-3 day so that's how I know that this product is doing something to my skin. My skin is overall rather sensitive so the product sensitivity may just be me and in no way does this take away from the product and how it performs. I really do love this BUT I need to be more consistent with it and I am sure the results will only be that much better.

Love this little gadget! Tried this size out first to test the idea and found it seems to make my skin glow a bit. Bought the Ora 0.5mm too, which I also like but it has an annoying squeak when I use it. But I'm sold on micro needling, my skin seems to like it.

very effective - used on back of hand
i bought this for burn scars on the back of my hand. after a few weeks of intermittent use (when i remember to) followed by a chemical exfoliant, the scar has lightened noticeably! i will continue using this and try the body roller for another dark scar on my knee (yes, i am a klutz).
