The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Maybe longer needles
I wanted to like this product. I understand the concept and think it's great, however I'm not sure the needles are long enough on this particular roller to accomplish the intended affect.

Easy and Painless
This is great for a few nights a week. It is not harsh, and works wonders with an AHA/BHA serum. I don't use dermarollers with retinoids, as retinoids already disrupt the skin; so, this tool is not really necessary when paired with a retinoid. But, I think it is fabulous for alpha hydroxy serums! Really, one could use this and get benefits with just a simple moisturizer, too! I think the .25mm is perfect for use 4-5 nights a week, or even daily. Also, it is easy to handle and feels comfortable to grip. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results from a .25mm dermaroller.

Inflamed My Face
I had high hopes for this device, especially after reading all of the reviews and watching several reviews and demonstrations on YouTube. I used the roller for 4 weeks and didn't notice any improvement in my skin tone, color or texture. In fact, my husband, who NEVER comments on my skin, told me that my skin was looking very splotchy. The roller was causing a patch of melasma/scarring on my right cheek which really isn't that bad to look very pronounced. Since quitting the roller my skin has thankfully gone back to normal.

Great Roller
As far as microneedlers go, I haven't tried many. However I do really like this one! I gave it 4 stars because overall I am still on the fence about whether I saw real results from it. I try to do it once every week to two weeks, and didn't see a HUGE improvement in my skin, however my top skincare concerns aren't sagging, fine lines, or dullness. I do have some pronounced fine lines on my forehead and neck but I didn't see much of a change there yet. I will continue to use it for now though!
