The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Crazy good
So I don't know about you but I feel like I need to have Flawless skin all the time and even though I am not acne-prone I only get pimples during that time of the month I still want to get rid of those big pores redness around the nose nostrils and this really does it for me I recommend to anyone who has acne-prone skin to oily skin to dry skin to girls who have big pores Etc

Good for hair loss
I have two of these microneedle rollers, one for use on my face and one for my boyfriend's scalp. In regards to hair loss, I think this works pretty well. It seems to promote some hair growth. When used on my face, though, it doesn't seem to do much at all. I haven't noticed my serums working better or any fine lines diminishing.

So far, so good
I've used it three times, and it could be just me, but I notice a smoother complexion so far. I didn't use it three days in a row - I think that would have been too much. My serum stung a bit for two days after I used it, but not a huge amount.

I love how it feels
I'm not sure how much evidence there is that at home micro needling works. I like to use this with my favorite serum about once a week. I do feel like I have noticed a decrease in the lines around my eyes. I will continue to use!

Interesting but not sure if it works
I bought this with a lot of skepticism. It does not hurt to use, but rather creates a sensation of tingling when rolled on the face. I am using it devotedly and also on the scalp for hair loss. I will let you know later if I notice any type of improvement in my 62 year old skin.
