The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

I'm really liking the results of this product. My moisturizers and serums are absorbing a lot quicker. Take your time rolling though and pick up the device when you want to move on to a different section. If you veer off the path you're on while rolling too quickly, you can scratch yourself.

Since using the Microneedle Face Roller, my skin is clearer and not so blotchy. I cleanse my face first, then I use serum on my skin. I take the microneedle and use it in four different directions, and also on my scalp. I feel better after using it. Then I apply a good face cream with sunblock in it. It's is very helpful.
