The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Doesn't hurt at all and i really can tell that my products are absorbing more when i use it. I haven't used it long enough to notice any changes in pore size or wrinkles but by making my products absorb more i'm realizing those products are working to their full ability now. Easy to use- brighter skin
I've been using this product once a week for three weeks now. My skin is noticeably more bright and luminous. The roller is easy to use and comes with clear visual instructions how to use. It takes me about 5 minutes to roll my entire face. My skin is slightly more sensitive immediately following the micro-needling session so I avoid any of my products that contain AHA within 24 hours. The skin is more ready to absorb serums and other treatments and I don't have any difficulty with my 20% ascorbic acid treatment following a micro-needling session (it tingles a bit, but isn't bothersome.) I highly recommend this tool, the price makes this a cost effective at home mirco-needling option.

I was a little scared the first time I tried it. There is a bit of tingle, just make sure you dont drag it, but roll it across your skin. This microneedle has helped my products soak deeper into my skin for better penetration.

This product works but it takes dedication to see results. I would recommend a longer needle too. It takes about 5-10 mins to do it (depending on how you do it - face or neck and hands too). I probably won't continue to use it because I've been using it for months and see little improvement. If used for longer you might see better improvement.
