ORA microneedle face roller

This is my second one I have purchased. You do need to replace after a few months of continued use. It has really helped my 67 year old skin. My products penetrate better and it is much less expensive than the spa, especially during Covid. It is a quality product. Use as directed and it will take years off your face. I love it, and I have a cosmetic background.

Just used it a few times. Wouldn't consider it comfortable, but not painful. The morning after the treatment I could feel a slight swelling, which let me know my body is responding to the micropunctures. Definitely a quality device. Plan to purchase another one for my body.

My favorite one to purchase

I looked for an affordable, high quality .5 derma roller and found this one. I have purchased this 3 times so far and will never buy another. I use it approximately 10 times before I repurchase. I use it every 3 weeks and after the first day of my skin calming down, I love how supple my skin feels. I use it on my hands as well. Serums and moisturizers just get sucked into my skin. I wish I could use it more often, but as I've read, 3 weeks is the proper time for the skin to heal.

Seeing a difference

I bought this tool kind of randomly- I wasn't really looking for it. When I remember to use it, I really do see an improvement in my skin. My face looks more supple and not so tired. Make sure you clean it well (with alcohol) after each use! After using this, I bought the smaller one for lips as well.

Can't leave a good review bc Dermstore sent the wrong items!

It's really sad that I don't have the product to review! After an extended wait for delivery, I was delighted to finally get my shipment today...and it contains two boxes of matte sunscreen instead of two microneedle rollers. Okay, fine. Called the 800 number and was told to expect a 5 minute wait. At 5 minutes, someone picked up but didn't speak, then put me on silent hold for over 10 minutes before disconnecting. Not nice. Was quite displeased by the time I got someone on Chat. As usual with Chat, it was clear the agent was working other chat calls as well, given the delayed responses. But I explained the issue, and the incident with the 800-number death hold match. May H. said that Dermstore would send my order back out with NO CHARGE TO ME FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Came across as somewhat condescending. She didn't even bother to ask what I did receive, so I will say it here: two boxes of Revision Intellishade Matte anti-aging tinted daily moisturizer with suncreen (SPF45!), UPC 640451095882. No thanks, Dermstore can send a pickup label for these. May H wanted to leave the Chat and I asked her to stay on until I received confirmation for the new shipment. Instead, I received a Return Merchandise Authorization email, stating that I was returning items from my recent order. Not really the case, and asked the agent why it was phrased like that, with no mention of items missing from my order, or that anything was being shipped to me. I did say "After delayed shipping, only to get completely wrong items, why would I trust Dermstore can get it right the second time?" Seemed a fair question. And I will remain hopeful that they get it right the second time so I can try this product out! But to add insult to injury, the DermstoreChat was closed out thusly: "May H.: LiveChat: Reship- (Cust is very rude) Receive wrong items;..." (The agent is very fortunate that I was much more gracious in the review I left for her at the end of the Chat session. ) AND THEN I open my email and Dermstore is already asking me to rate the product.. Did I mention I don't have the product that I paid for? Basic customer service...answer the phone. Don't manipulate call wait times by answering then immediately putting the caller on death hold. That kinda makes people angry. And if you make a mistake, just apologize and make it right. Don't act like you are doing the customer a huge favor by fixing your mistake. And don't sign off with an insult, then ask for kudos on products not received. Geez.
