The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

New Favorite Thing!
I've never done any microneedling, let alone had a facial. I have sensitive skin and am scared to make it worse. But after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did! I've only used it twice so far, a few days apart, but I am excited to keep using it. I'm having trouble with dry skin and acne on my forehead that I can't get rid of (I'm 40, it's frustrating), and after the first use I could tell that this is going to be so helpful. I really do think it helps your products soak in and work better, and my skin feels smoother. I even used it on my fine lines around my eyes. You can feel it, but it doesn't hurt. Really does show changes in your skin

feels like it works-but keep it clean!
This is my first foray into microneedling, which seems scary to me due to the risk of infection. Make sure to sterilize with isopropyl alcohol-which is not very clearly specified on the product instructions, but seems to be essential to using this safely. I used twice last month and I do think it helped product sink into my skin. Time will tell if it will make a major difference in my routine.

This Really Works
I started with the 0.25 mm roller and have since moved to this 0.5 mm roller, which was a great decision. I like to use it about five times per week. I had one particular spot that was similar to a mole because it was raised but lighter in color and about the diameter of a pencil eraser. After using this a few times a week for a month, it was completely gone with no trace of its existence, not even a scar. I will be ordering the micro needling pen by Ora to increase the results of micro needling.
