Good, but hoping for better product variety next time
I just subscribed to Beautyfix and received my first box a week ago. I'm so glad they included the headband because I use this every day when applying my skincare products and it is very practical. The Skinceuticals Phyto Plus Gel, the Dr. Dennis Gross Daily Peels, and the Image Skincare Firming Transformation mask all get a 4/5. The Skinceuticals sample was hydrating, but not as much as I'd want for a product marketed for just that effect. The Dr. Dennis Gross peels seem to be mildly effective but nothing mind-blowing so far - I will probably purchase more of these in order to be able to better evaluate the product. The Image face mask was better than expected - normally masks that you're supposed to let dry on your face really make my skin dry and irritated but this definitely did not do that. It was hydrating and soothing even. I just don't like the artificial color & fragrance. The Juice Beauty Pore Refining Mask gets a 3/5. The texture is weird and it's a bit difficult to apply, but otherwise it's fine - not bad but not great. The Sachajuan Scalp Shampoo gets a 2/5 - as someone with a very dry and flaky scalp I was excited to try this, but it was a little bit drying to my hair and had no effect on my scalp. Overall I enjoyed the blend of brands, I had used some of the brands before but not others, so there was good variety of brands, but definitely would have wanted to see more product types such as toners or moisturizers - I definitely don't need two masks in one box, as I never use more than one per week anyway, if that. Looking forward to seeing next months box

Value of this box
I been a subscriber since BeautyFix had its own website and you could pick the items on your box for $50. This subscription has gone downhill. I am not even sure how this box is even worth $100. This has no curation, tiny samples, and repeats.

My favorite from Feb is Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta universal daily peel! It feels a little tingling when you first use step 1, but not uncomfortable. It's super easy to use also! I love this product, I would probably opt for 2 times a week for sensitive skin.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with the headband that was included. I would have paid the subscription fee just for that product. It's incredibly soft and just tight enough to not fall down while also being comfortable. I use it every day now. All the other products are nice too.
