April box really lacking
I was surprised when I finally received my April box, finally on the 28th of the month! Not sure what the hold up was. The box is okay, there’s a few items I’ll use. Not sure about the Nue supplement though.. mine is expired, so probably not.

April 2023 beautyfix box
I always look forward to getting my beautyfix box. It is usually full of quality products. I was disappointed that April's box included Nue Co supplements with an expiration date of 5/23 on the box, which was covered by a sticky label marked "5/2024. " I was also surprised to learn that this product was deemed PETA certified on the Nue Co site - because it contains bovine collagen. It wasn't the most impressive box compared to others that have been really great.

Great Products. Poor Execution
I really love these boxes. The quality of the products are amazing and getting to try so many brands is awesome. My only complaint is the delivery. I purchased the 6 month subscription but I have had to call customer service 3 of those months to remind them to ship my box. If you are busy and on the go, this is not the subscription for you. You could easily miss out and it would just be money wasted. I like the diversity so much but torn about renewing a subscription or trying a different brand :/

I've only gotten 3 boxes in my subscription so far. It is a great deal for the cost, and both boxes had some full-sized products. Unboxing is super fun, and the boxes have a great variety. I'm really glad that it's mostly focused on hair/skincare and bath/body- there has only been one makeup item so far.

Great way to try a few things
The quality of the items can't compare. Some people complain about the amount of sample sunscreens but they are the perfect size to run through in almost a month. I'm always paranoid that the spf I'm using isn't at full strength. Any samples I am not interested in I save and then give skin care gift bags out for my friends at Christmas!
